Legendary drummer Ginger Baker came to prominence in the 60’s with Cream and Blind Faith, continuing with numerous cross-genre collaborations and associations with World Music. Hailed as "Rock's first superstar drummer’, Baker who prefers being called a jazz drummer, is also the star of the recent no-holds barred documentary “Beware of Mr Baker” which looks back at an extraordinary life in music while catching Mr Baker live on stage and holding forth at home. For this welcome return to Ronnie Scott’s, he and his band will perform a set of powerful African jazz/fusion.
