A sensational band featuring members of the legendary South African percussion ensemble Amampondo and powerhouse saxophonist Alan Skidmore. Skidmore was one of the first musicians to visit South Africa after the end of apartheid and quite by chance met Amampondo – Nelson Mandela’s favourite group - in the studios of SATV.
