Donny Hathaway + Stevie Wonder influenced contemporary soul jazz singer/keyboardist Frank McComb made his name as musical director for the R&B group Rude Boys, subsequently backing DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince in the studio and on tour; before collaborating with Branford Marsalis on his jazz-rap fusion project Buckshot LeFonque. He has gone on to release 7 critically acclaimed solo albums, including an instrumental recording in tribute to his jazz heroes Herbie Hancock, George Duke, Chick Corea to name a few.
