Miles Mindlin and Freddie Jensen have been playing music together for the past 5 years after meeting in the Royal Academy Junior department. In late 2018 they met Prolific Cologne based drummer Felix Ambach and formed 'The Miles Mindlin Trio'. Early this year they released their debut album 'Life Still On'.
The trio aims to bring a fresh sound to the table while being clearly inspired by the masters of this music such as: Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Brad Mehdau, Ambrose Akinmusire and Kurt Rosenwinkel.
