Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer a refund for cancellations but we are happy to move your booking to another show or issue a credit note to your Ronnie Scott's account.

We are able to accommodate that if we receive at least 5 days notice before the date of the show you are booked for.

The credit note is valid for a year.

Please provide your order number when requesting for changes to be made to your booking.
