Sean has released two albums with Ubuntu Music, receiving a five star review in BBC Music Magazine and exceeding one million streams on Amazon Music. His big band album Confluence was selected by Courtney Pine in his top 10 new releases for Jazzwise.

Sean’s performing credits include the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra (with guest soloists such as Kurt Elling, Joe Locke, Kenny Washington and Jazzmeia Horn), the Calum Gourlay Big Band, Georgia Cécile and Daniel Casimir. This has included appearances at venues such as New York’s Lincoln Center and Tokyo’s Bunka Kaikan.

Sean is a prolific composer of big band music, including commissions for the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra and Greater Manchester Jazz Orchestra. His compositions have been performed as far afield as the USA, by the University of Miami’s Frost Studio Jazz Band.

All killer, no filler, packed with vibrancy and passion, and bursting with slick soloists and a superbly well-drilled team of players.
