SUNDAY LIVE MUSIC SESSION presents EVERY SUNDAY Upstairs @ Ronnie's a roster of live music programme featuring bands playing swing to New Orleans funk.

and Dj Dr Fix (Funkiwala Records) and Dj Caspar Sutton-Jones (Gearbox Records) spinning in between live showcases.  

There will be special guests joining in, with each band performing music from their latest releases as well as jamming with each other. Global Jazz in London at its finest.

Funkiwala Records was created by musicians Kishon Khan and Justin Thurgur, who for over twenty years have been at the heart of a global music community based in London.

The label was set up to represent some of the unique music coming out of this scene – British Afro-Jazz, Sufi-Samba, Bengali Reggae, Cuban Funk, Mystic Dub, Brasilian and Cuban Afrobeat, Bangla Afro Latin Jazz – a scene committed to breaking down musical borders, and to giving London its musical accent
